Ascertus Limited, a provider of tailored information and document lifecycle management solutions to professional services organisations and corporate legal departments, has strengthened its support team with the appointment of Michael Keane as Support Analyst.
Keane will play an instrumental role in the management of the company’s London-based Support Desk and serve as a key point of contact for support-related customer requests and queries.
Keane brings with him over 20 years of experience in providing IT support services, his previous roles being at business law firm Fox Williams and international law firm Watson Farley & Williams. He has undertaken projects that cover the entire gamut of IT infrastructure – from solution upgrades through to establishing networks from the ground up on an international scale.
