Thommessen, one of the leading law firms in Norway chooses HighQ Collaborate for its secure enterprise file sharing solution. Thommessen sought an enterprise grade file sharing solution to help them streamline their business processes with clients. The firm wanted an easy to use platform that guaranteed security and had the ability to integrate with their existing document management system.

Ole Kristian Dommerud, IT Manager at Thommessen explains: “Our existing file sharing platform was restricted and didn’t offer us the integration that we were after.”

“We handle a lot of confidential information and it is important for us to be able to offer our clients a way to securely share large files,” said Dommerud.” The level of security HighQ could offer us as well as the ability to maintain control at file and folder level by setting permissions, and HighQ Collaborate’s digital rights management capabilities were key features for us.”

Thommessen were also impressed by how quick and easy the platform was to set up and use. “It was extremely important for us that the system was quick to set up and easy for both our internal staff and clients to use. It only took 10 days to get us fully up and running including integration with our document management system.

Thommessen bought HighQ Collaborate for secure file sharing and want to use it to develop closer collaboration with their clients “We initially bought the product to replace our existing file sharing platform,” said Dommerud. “We are still in the early stages of using the platform but we can see great potential in expanding our value add client service offerings through seamless client extranets.”
