In response to a significant increase in demand for migration and other data services, Xperate is pleased to announce the formation of Xperate Data Services (XDS), a dedicated and focused team to supplement and support the work of our consulting teams. Hrishikesh (Rishi) Toro has been appointed to lead the new team in Pune. This strategic move underscores Xperate's commitment to developing and delivering innovative and quality data solutions to all its’ clients.
Rishi brings over 16 years of extensive IT experience in Banking, Telecom, and Life Sciences, having worked with leading firms such as UBS, Pfizer, and Deutsche Bank. He has worked in both the UK and APAC and holds several prestigious industry recognised certifications.
Simon Hill, Xperate’s CEO commented: “Xperate's decision to create the Data Services team comes as a response to the rising demand for data-related projects from both law firms and legal technology suppliers, including data migration, de-duplication, and PowerBI initiatives. This team’s primary purpose is to centralise these projects under one dedicated leader to ensure focused and expert handling and we are looking to further expand the team, over the coming weeks and months”
While Xperate's UK & US teams will remain at the forefront of these projects, Rishi and his team will play a pivotal role in executing the technical aspects. Their expertise will further enhance the quality of data services offered by Xperate with the costs benefit of using offshore resources.
