Leading global law firm Clyde & Co will be moving its core financial and practice management systems to the cloud through its selection of 3E®, the market-leading solution from Elite.

Clyde & Co has been an on-prem 3E customer since 2016. As the firm looked ahead, it wanted to ensure it had the best available solution to meet the evolving needs of its legal and financial operations. After a competitive selection process, the firm chose the cloud version of 3E, an already well known and trusted solution.
By moving to the cloud version of 3E, Clyde & Co will benefit from automatic upgrades and quick access to new functionality, as well as automated workflows, on-line billing, real-time insights, and advanced analytics. Clyde & Co will now be supported by a fully managed service provided by Elite, powered by the Microsoft® Azure® platform and offering nearly unlimited scale, 24/7 monitoring, and advanced security that is unmatched in the industry.
3E in the cloud will also play a key role in underpinning a wider transformation of how the entire firm operates, including through seamless API-powered integrations with other systems and tools across the firm which enable robust connectivity with the Microsoft Power Platform®. This transformation will also be supported by the deployment of 3E Data Insights, providing powerful analytics and real-time dashboards which can incorporate data from third-party sources and solutions and facilitate faster and better decision-making.
In addition, the firm will be evolving and enhancing its billing processes through expanded use of eBillingHub, Elite’s market-leading electronic billing solution designed specifically for law firms. Longer term, the firm will also integrate 3E Proforma to further enhance the billing process.
