Qura Secures €2.1 Million in Funding Round Led by Cherry Ventures to Revolutionize Legal Research
Global News

Qura logoQura, an AI-driven legal research platform, has spent the last year gathering hundreds of legal sources and building a sophisticated search engine designed to significantly reduce research time for lawyers while expanding access to a broader range of legal materials. This innovative solution aims to streamline legal research, empowering legal professionals to find relevant sources more efficiently.

The latest funding round is led by Cherry Ventures, with General Partner Sophia Bendz—one of the early pioneers behind Spotify—joining Qura's board. Bendz, who played a key role in scaling Spotify from Sweden to over 50 countries, brings invaluable experience to Qura’s leadership. Her expertise in building seamless, data-driven platforms aligns with Qura’s mission to transform the legal research landscape.

Inspired by Spotify's success in consolidating fragmented data into a single, user-friendly platform, Qura looks to leverage this funding to further improve its technology and expand its legal data collection. The goal is to create an even more powerful tool that supports legal teams in their research efforts.

Since its beta launch in April, Qura has welcomed 50 legal teams to its platform, marking a strong start. As the company continues to grow, this is just the beginning of its journey to revolutionize legal research.
