Harbor, a global leader in expert services to law firms and corporate law departments, today announced the appointment of Patrick Hurley as Managing Director of Applications Management. Hurley brings more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry, including senior leadership roles at Elite and Thomson Reuters. He is based in London.
Most recently, Hurley served as Vice President of Global Support at Elite. Throughout his career, he has focused on building client relationships, developing comprehensive service frameworks, and driving global growth.

In May 2024, Harbor announced the expansion of its business optimization services, with solutions for strategic applications from major legal tech providers, including Elite, Intapp, and iManage. Harbor’s Applications Management teams function as an extension of clients’ internal IT and business systems departments, offering application optimization, round-the-clock access to applications support, and on-demand access to expert resources.
