Brings Thought Leadership to the Legal Industry in Coming Weeks

AccessData, a pioneer of digital investigations and litigation support solutions, today announced that the company will be hosting a number of webinars to share current topics with members of the legal industry in the coming weeks. 

First, the company is presenting four webinars on the topic of “Many Problems, One Solution: AD eDiscovery 4.0” which will take place February 15, March 7, March 28, and April 18. These webinars will give attendees a firsthand look at AD eDiscovery 4.0 – a complete platform for enterprise-wide search, collection, systemized litigation hold, processing, data assessment and legal review (with fully integrated AD Summation) – and will show how it can help in every issue from collection to production. On February 21, AccessData is partnering with Arkfeld & Associates and the Law CLE Center to present “What Lawyers Should Know about Computer Forensics,” a 90-minute webinar featuring Michael Arkfeld and Joshua Gilliland of Majority Opinion LLC in an overview of digital sciences focused on preservation, recovery and analysis of electronically stored information. This CLE accredited presentation is the last of a three-part series focusing on the law, tools and protocols that successfully implement a legal hold. On February 28, AccessData is teaming up with Apersee.com on the webinar, “What Every Legal Department Needs to Know about Litigation Hold.” This presentation will feature Marcel C. Duhamel, partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP; Danielle Moskop, litigation hold manager at Ameren; and George Socha of Apersee in a discussion moderated by Tom Gelbmann of Apersee and hosted by Eric Killough, product marketing manager at AccessData. The seminar will focus on the interplay of the legal hold process and preservation requirements with the panel providing insight and recommendations for the successful implementation of a litigation hold program that complements any e-discovery strategy.
