Tiger Eye have today announced that Al Tamimi & Company, one of the largest law firms in the Middle East, has selected Blueprint - Tiger Eye’s in-house developed knowledge management software for their firm-wide knowledge management platform.
Al Tamimi & Company has unrivalled experience in the region, and a strong understanding of the importance of adopting new and innovative technology systems.
TEC Blueprint has been in development at Tiger Eye since 2016 and the team have been working with several national and international firms over that time to create a KM workflow and search platform to manage knowhow content.
Commenting on the recent adoption of Blueprint, Al Tamimi & Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Earl said: “We are very excited to be one of the first law firms to adopt Tiger Eye’s knowledge management software. In a market where our clients demand value and efficiency, having a reliable knowledge management platform is essential. With increasing technological advancements and evolving client needs, it was important that we invested in a system that had a user friendly interface and supported our internal knowledge strategy. It has been a pleasure working with Tiger Eye and with the launch of Blueprint we expect to see more exciting initiatives over the coming months. The firm also recently welcomed our new Head of Knowledge Management, Allison Hosking who will help lead on the KM rollout across the firm.”
Cerys Burcher, Strategic Programme Manager at Tiger Eye, said, “We’ve been lucky to have Al Tamimi as one of our key early adopters. Working with a large firm with offices in several countries, who also needed to ensure Blueprint provided support in English and Arabic, has helped to move us towards a more complete product that is easier to scale.”
Burcher further commented: “Patrick and the team at Al Tamimi have been a pleasure to work with, and have given us some really valuable input, for example with some of the styling of the user interface, and we’ve worked together with them on stress-testing the system against hundreds of users. We ran the whole project remotely from start to finish through our online meeting software and remote installation sessions, which proved we can deliver our product anywhere.”
Dave Wilson, Managing Director at Tiger Eye, added, “When we started the process of developing a KM add-on tool for iManage we envisaged it would be something that would mainly appeal to smaller firms. It became clear last year when we started to get more interest than we anticipated from larger firms that we would have to re-develop to meet the demands of much bigger, multi-national law firms. It has been a large learning curve for everyone involved and we’re proud to have got here and of the software we’ve developed. There are more major Blueprint projects in the pipeline and it’s great to see the team’s hard work paying off.”
