UK: a leading market in the legal tech industry
London is one of the epicentres of innovation in the legal sector, with an established infrastructure, a large talent base and growing adoption of new technologies. According to a study by the British government , 29% of UK companies adopting artificial intelligence solutions are in the legal sector.
In addition, studies such as that of Lawtech UK confirm the growth of legal tech in the United Kingdom, ahead of industries such as fintech or healthtech. It is estimated that legal tech companies could attract up to £2.2bn of investment each year until 2026, with the consequent growth of 12,500 jobs in the economy over the same period.
