The innovative client experience app, inCase, part of Access Legal, which improves engagement and communication between legal teams and their clients, has been nominated in the ‘Service Provider of the Year’ category of the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2024, while one of its executive directors, Rob Hosier, has also been shortlisted in the ‘Business Development Professional of the Year’ category.
The pioneering mobile app, used by many conveyancers, offers features like digital signatures, e-form completion, direct messaging, real-time case updates and biometric ID checks, and much more. The app has had remarkable results in providing conveyancers and clients with better experiences, and law firms using inCase have reported a 45% increase in the speed of case completion.
The app was one of the first to pave the way for clear communication between legal professionals and clients on a mobile device when it launched in 2014 and has continued to grow. In the last 12 months it’s supported 227,500 clients of law firms and been used by more than 3,300 legal professionals. And in July the app recorded a new high reaching almost 700,000 client sessions - a 9 per cent increase on the previous high two months earlier.
inCase’s executive director, Rob Hosier’s nomination in the ‘Business Development Professional of the Year’ category is recognition for his work in growing inCase across the industry with complete honesty and integrity. Rob has an infectious and genuine desire to improve the conveyancing industry which has been reflected with the nomination.
inCase is the brainchild of Sucheet Amin, from his first-hand experience as a solicitor and Senior Partner of award-winning personal injury firm, Aequistas Legal, where he faced growing client expectations heightened by customers wanting an improved digital experience.
Sucheet, founder and CEO of inCase, said: “inCase has completely changed how legal professionals communicate with their clients. It is saving them enormous amounts of time and money compared with more traditional methods of lawyer-client communication, so it’s fantastic to see it shortlisted and recognised for the excellent service it provides to legal teams and their clients. These nominations continue to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
“inCase was developed by lawyers, for lawyers, and its development has been heavily influenced by practical industry insights combined with technological innovation. We’re passionate about transforming how clients interact with their legal services through inCase.”
Many inCase customers have also been shortlisted in the awards, including Evolve Law, Napthens LLP, ONP Solicitors, Thomas Legal and Landsmiths Solicitors.
Winners will be announced at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards ceremony in Liverpool on 21 November.
