Leading PI practice selects Eclipse's Proclaim solution in six-figure investment

Manchester law firm, TPC Solicitors, is implementing Eclipse's Proclaim Practice Management Software solution in a deal valued at over £100,000. Formed in 2004 as an associate firm of Thornleys Solicitors, the focus at TPC was initially conveyancing.  This conveyancing work was transferred back into Thornleys during 2009, TPC splitting away in April 2010 to operate as an independent firm dealing primarily with Road Traffic Accident injury matters.

Having experienced rapid growth and an increasing volume of work, TPC sought to replace its incumbent system with one geared towards firm-wide matter management and practice financials.

TPC is implementing Proclaim throughout the organisation as its core Practice Management solution.  Proclaim's integrated Lead Management and Compliance solutions are included to provide seamless marketing, file opening, and ongoing adherence to SRA regulations.  In addition, TPC is taking advantage of Proclaim's A2A (Application-to-Application) functionality to process low-value RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims through the Government's Portal system.

As part of the project, Eclipse is carrying out a conversion of both case and accounting data from the practice's incumbent systems.
