Specialist law firm Isadore Goldman is rolling out the Virtual Practices (VP) hosted legal software as part of a major overhaul of its IT systems. Founded in 1885, Isadore Goldman works in the fields of insolvency and commercial litigation, and has 24 staff. In addition to its historic base in London, it opened a new Norwich office in 2011.
The firm is undergoing a complete IT overhaul at the moment which is being led out of our Norwich office, says partner Frank Brumby.
We were already aware of Virtual Practices but after carrying out some more research, it soon became apparent that it was the most straightforward and obvious option, not least the way in which it works seamlessly with Outlook.
Our staff have adapted to VP very quickly and the transition has been problem-free. We are now in the process of rolling it out across the entire firm.
Natalie Jennings, who heads up Virtual Practices, which is a division of legal software supplier Solicitors Own Software, said: Isadore Goldman is proof that, as well as start-up and general practice legal businesses, VP is the ideal solution for boutique and specialist law firms in the new legal era.
