The Survey intends to explore the challenges law firms have been experiencing for years with CRM technology to help enable a better path to success.

The 2024 CLIENTSFirst Consulting CRM Success Survey is designed to understand what has gone wrong on the path to success and to provide an industry-wide snapshot of CRM practices to help firms understand the current state of CRM, discover the most common challenges and create a strategy for a success that any firm can implement.
The Survey is intended for informational and research purposes only. All responses will be aggregated and kept confidential. Participants will have early access to the results, and validated law firm participants who complete the Survey by the deadline will receive a gift card.
