This year marks the tenth year of Traveling Coaches’ popular, legal-specific training program CLASS. More than 121,000 users in 241 law firms rely on the training program to ensure that legal users get the most from their software. If you were to print and lay end-to-end all the materials for Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading training program CLASS (Continued Learning and Software Skills), you’d have 15,664 pages that would span more than 30 miles.
That’s longer than the Boston Marathon and proof of the comprehensive knowledge packed into CLASS.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our beloved CLASS program. Law firms have trusted Traveling Coaches for more than a decade to provide legal-specific training expertise and high quality learning content that can be implemented by their own training groups. CLASS has hit the mark for more than 240 of our clients, and we are proud to see that number consistently climb each year.” said Gina Buser, chief executive officer of Traveling Coaches. “There is always potential for a product that has been around so long to grow stale and irrelevant. One of our greatest success factors is our team of talented Learning Developers who work non-stop to grow the CLASS library and respond to the evolving needs of our clients.”
CLASS is fueled by:
Historically, law firms recognize the need for ongoing education but face limitations due to a lack of resources. CLASS, as a hands-on, legal-specific program, consists of highly customizable modules with a consistent look, feel and writing style. Use and Customization Training ensures that internal training resources understand the materials and the short modules allow law firms to deploy the training over different times or in consolidated blocks. Trainers are free to reproduce and use the materials as often as they like.
“This 10th year anniversary includes big plans for our learning programs, CLASS and CLASSe.” said Char LeMaire, Chief Learning Officer of Traveling Coaches. “From mobility to CLASSclub Community, we are excited to be adding new value to an already popular and successful set of products. More information will be released in the coming weeks.”
CLASS is complemented by CLASSe eLearning Briefs, a collection of short, interactive, online lessons used by more than 121,000 users in 134 law firms. They provide immediate access to information and interactive lessons on mission critical applications such as email, document management, word processing, and collaboration.
