DTI, the nation’s largest private independent provider of facilities management, e-discovery and litigation services, and knowledge solutions inclusive of on-site and off-site word processing, is pleased to announce that Bingham McCutchen LLP has signed a five-year agreement for DTI to provide a full suite of on-site management services to its law offices nationwide.
Per the agreement, DTI is servicing 10 Bingham offices nationwide. DTI is delivering a full range of traditional facilities management services in those cities including centralized copying, printing and scanning; copier fleet management; facsimile and mail services; hospitality and office supplies; and records services. DTI is also contracted to provide a suite of litigation services on-site including scanning and OCR, electronic branding and Bates labeling, load files, batch printing and more. In addition to equipment, DTI is providing staff for approximately 120 positions, a majority of which were outsourced with another provider previously, but a significant number of which were formerly staffed internally by employees of the firm.
Bingham selected DTI because of its proven experience in and its focus on law firm environments, its competitive pricing, and its proven ability to staff and manage support services in all of Bingham’s U.S. offices, including the firm’s new Global Services Center in Lexington, Kentucky. “In speaking to DTI’s client references, we were impressed with the consistent feedback about their excellent and cost-effective customer service, their innovative approach to their work and the strong career opportunities offered to their employees,” says Tracee Whitley, Bingham’s Chief Operating Officer.
The implementation and transition process began the first week of November 2012, culminating with grand openings in all U.S. firm offices in late January or early February 2013. Bingham says this has been one of the most seamless management service provider transitions in its history. “What has impressed us most during the transition is DTI’s responsiveness. We have nearly instant access to individuals at the highest levels at DTI as well as the attention of a very dedicated transition team,” says Sherri Bracken, Bingham’s Chief Administrative Officer.
With the addition of Bingham and its 10 U.S. office locations, DTI now provides on-site management services for more than 140 clients and more than 250 client locations nationwide.
